Delivery & returns
Delivery in Dubai
Every order is delivered by courier, same day, across Dubai. Order and pay by 2pm Dubai time and your box arrives that evening. After 2pm, we deliver the next day, or on any date you choose up to 60 days ahead.
The delivery fee is confirmed in the WhatsApp chat before you pay.
Gifts
Tell us her address in the chat. If it’s a surprise and you don’t have it, we’ll ask her for it discreetly, without giving the game away. The card goes under the lid, handwritten.
If something arrives broken
Glass travels well in our packaging, but if anything arrives chipped or broken, send us a photo on WhatsApp the same day and we’ll replace it.
Returns
Because every box contains food and drink, we can’t take back a box once it has been opened. If something isn’t right with an unopened box, message us and we’ll put it right.
