Privacy
The short version
This website has no accounts, no sign-up forms and no advertising cookies. The order builder runs in your browser: it writes a WhatsApp message, and nothing reaches us unless you choose to send it.
What we receive
When you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number, your WhatsApp name and whatever you send us, usually a delivery address and, for gifts, the recipient’s name, address and card message. We use it only to take, deliver and support your order.
Who we share it with
Your messages travel through WhatsApp, which is run by Meta. The courier receives the name, phone number and address needed to deliver. The payment provider handles your payment through its own secure link; we never see your card details.
Website analytics
We count visits with privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics that do not identify you.
How long we keep it
We keep order chats for 12 months for receipts and support, then delete them.
Your choices
Ask us on WhatsApp, or email hello@sprclb.com, to see or delete the details we hold about you. We follow the UAE Personal Data Protection Law. When we launch in the UK, UK GDPR applies too, and you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
